I love your book India with Passion. Fantastic luxurious meals are stated in a way even one who troubles boiling water can make in make in a snap. I was reading your Lagan Nu Custard recipe in India With Passion; the ingredients seem so exotic. Are they difficult to find in the United States? I have no idea where I would find them.

As far as I know one can get the vanilla essence, rose water, green cardamoms, nutmeg and almonds all from natco-online.com who are based in the UK but will ship to the US.

I�ve checked another website called indiaplaza.com who appear to be in Austin, Texas who seem reasonable in price, and the other US based website is myspice.com who are more expensive than India plaza but the website is very impressive.
