Everyone it seems is talking about reducing food waste and wasted food is without a doubt a waste of money. I have recently been trying to endorse this ethic wherever I go and I have witnessed an awful lot of food waste during the wedding seasons. Where does all the uneaten food go? I just hope it gets eaten and not thrown away. Wasting food is also a waste of resources and a major contributor to climate change. But I’ve learnt that there are some practical and easy things to do to make the most of the food we buy.
